How To Forward Outlook Messages to invoice.my inbox?

Before You Begin

To get started, you’ll need your Invoice.My email address.

  1. Log in to your Invoice.My dashboard.
  2. Locate your unique email address, displayed in the center of your screen and in the top-left corner.
  3. Copy this address (e.g., n4zvxk@invoice.my) for use in the following steps.


Step 1: Access Outlook Settings

  1. Go to Outlook.com and log in to your account.
  2. Click the Settings icon (gear icon) in the top-right corner of the toolbar.
  3. At the bottom of the settings pane, click "View all Outlook settings."

Step 2: Navigate to the Forwarding Settings

  1. In the settings menu, select "Mail" from the left-hand sidebar.
  2. Click on the "Forwarding" option.


Step 3: Enable Email Forwarding

  1. Check the box labeled "Enable Forwarding."
  2. Paste your unique Invoice.My email address (e.g., n4zvxk@invoice.my) into the forwarding address field.

Step 4: Configure Additional Options

  1. Check the box labeled "Keep a copy of forwarded messages" if you’d like to retain a backup of your emails in your Outlook account (recommended).
  2. Click "Save" to confirm the changes.

Step 5: Test Your Setup

  1. Send a test email with a PDF invoice attachment to your Outlook account.
  2. Log in to your Invoice.My dashboard and verify that the invoice appears.
